1. Application & Property Approval

Once you complete our free Airbnb valuation form, we’ll review your property and carry out a quick background check to assess its potential.

We’ll then get in touch with your estimated monthly income and arrange a convenient time to view the property in person.

2. Viewing & Agreement

After the viewing, if we’re both happy to move forward, we’ll send you our management agreement outlining our terms, fees, and any agreed property improvements.

We believe in flexibility and collaboration, so our terms are always open to discussion — our goal is to create a partnership that feels right for you.

3. Contract Signed & Onboarding

Once the agreement is signed, we’ll begin the onboarding process.

This includes gathering essential property details, ensuring your space meets all safety and legal standards, and preparing it for professional photography and guest-ready presentation.

We’ll then create a beautifully optimised listing across all major platforms — ready to welcome your first guests.

4. Marketing & Ongoing Optimisation

Once live, your property will appear across multiple booking channels and our direct platforms. We handle all marketing, pricing, and guest communications to maximise your visibility and income.

We continually monitor performance, adjust strategies, and manage every detail — from cleaning to maintenance — so you can enjoy truly hands-off hosting.
